Cute little basement rental - good sized bedrooms. Small main area. Well-appointed; had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with host was excellent, timely, and very helpful. Quaint, safe neighborhood in a new build. We enjoyed our stay in the GTA.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place was spotless, well organized, and very comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully set up, and the coffee machine was a great touch for mornings.Ahmed was very responsive and made the entire process smooth from check in to check out.This is a great option for longer stays as well since it has everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed overnight to make travel easier for our sports kids. Four teenage boys and two Moms, we did bring an air mattress for extra sleep space and we all slept well. We didn’t have need for breakfast or coffee or laundry facilities as we were out the door early for a tournament.Photos are accurate, it is a very cozy space. Would stay again :)

Booked this place for a short stay and it worked out really well. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything needed without any hassle. Ahmed also accommodated an early check in, which was really appreciated.I liked that it was quiet and easy to settle into. Having a coffee machine there was definitely a plus.Overall, a smooth and convenient stay. I would consider it again, especially for a longer visit.

We enjoyed the proximity of the rental to our visit with family in the area. The basement apartment provided comfortable beds for five people and the opportunity to use the washer and dryer. The host did not provide a phone number or encourage face to face contact but encouraged communication strictly through the VRBO website. We requested top sheets (that were missing from the beds) but did not receive them. The bathroom was small, clean and well appointed. The living space is quite cramped with no kitchen table but the kitchen provided adequate accessories. Overall it was an adequate place to stay.
