This is a wonderful home right next to the beach. The views are spectacular and access to all places around Mount Maunganui/Papamoa are very handy. The house was clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was quick to reply to any queries. Please note that the house is probably not that great for toddlers/young children if you are staying for longer then a couple of nights. There is also no operational AC, but lots of windows allows for a cool house. The BBQ is only available for use if you pay an extra cleaning fee. I would still recommend this house if you want to have direct access to a beautiful beach in a pretty stunning house! Thank you Phillip and Megan.
