Guest Access:
The apartment includes 2 car parking spaces in the buildings basement carpark and you will be greeted on arrival by our Property Manager to show you through the apartment.

Other Things to Note:
Please note the cleaning fee includes commercial laundering and supply of all linen including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bath mats, face cloths, hand towels and tea towels.

3 night minimum for all long weekends throughout the year.
Easter weekend 4 night minimum.
From the 22nd December - 31st January 4 night minimum.

Cancellations on vrbo & bookabach will incur a credit card charge regardless of cancellation policy. The owner will send the guest a break down showing the non-refundable credit card fee.
