We were disappointed that there was no wood to burn when we arrived and we were told to go collect it from the woods. Thankfully more was delivered but not before we had been to buy our own. The kitchen is really well prepared with appliances, but there were no staples such as oil or salt.

Thank you for your feedback—we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience you encountered with the firewood on arrival. We had understood that logs were already available on site, but it seems there was a miscommunication on our end. As soon as we became aware, we arranged for more wood to be delivered as quickly as possible, and we’re glad we were able to provide a refund to help cover your costs in the meantime.
Thank you also for your comments about the kitchen. We’re pleased to hear you found it well-equipped. We intentionally don’t stock certain staples like oil and salt to ensure freshness and accommodate different guest preferences, but we appreciate your suggestion and will certainly take it into consideration.
We hope you still had a relaxing stay overall and would love the opportunity to welcome you again in the future.
