The Cozy Fox, is just that. A beautifully decorated homestead with all the comforts of home showcasing exceptionally breathtaking views from every window, resident animals to enhance your stay, all set amongst 20 acres. The Cozy Fox is the perfect indulgent weekend escape with a group of friends, a romantic weekend or family and friends getaway.

There are 2 horses and our resident cows Poppy (highland) and Willow (belted galloway) to pat, not to mention endless array of wildlife. We boarder onto the Wombat State Forest, whilst on your door step are the famous Goldfields Walking Tracks which can be explored by foot or bike. You may even be greeted by a family of kangaroos, laughing kookaburras, cockatoos or blue wrens. Boasting stunning views that are just breath taking from every angle of the property!

With a sleeping configuration that comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, the Cozy Fox's accommodation is ideal for extended families. Boasting acreages for the kids to explore, the kids will be entertained for hours. There's also a "kids only" entertainment room which provides a nice retreat for kids to escape and relax or just curl up with a good book in the cosy reading room.

Our property has been recently fully renovated. Relax in front of the wood log fire and soak up the ambiance of this idyllic country escape. If you are not staying in and cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, you are only minutes away from all of the delights that the Hepburn Shire has to offer. Perfectly located in the spa country triangle, the gorgeous historic town of Creswick is only 5 minutes away. Boasting its own French patisserie, award winning bakery and numerous coffee shops and cafes, you can quite easily spend an afternoon exploring all of the historic sites that this quintessential town has to offer. Located only 15 mins from Ballarat and the historic township of Clunes. Daylesford's famous attractions and Hepburn mineral Springs are only a short 15 minute drive away.

Historical towns, cafes, shopping, golf courses, grass tennis courts, lakes, swimming and walking and bike tracks are all at your door minutes away!

For the comfort and respect of our neighbours, we don't accept 'schoolies' or any large party/event. The property is also unsuitable for pets due to our vast wildlife that live on the property. The property is designed for a mixture of children and adults to enjoy.

Stayed for the long weekend with family. Unfortunately the weather was miserable but there was plenty to do inside and the wood heater was perfect. Amazing Farmstay

Beautiful property that is very well maintained - perfect set up for our group of 2 families. The horses and cows were much loved by the kids and they had a great time feeding the animals. Loved the beautifully renovated bathrooms too, and a great kitchen that is well equipped.

A beautiful getaway

Spent a lovely weekend at the Cozy Fox with some girl friends. The house is beautifully presented, very clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Weekend bliss

Cozy fox property is stunning! Nestled next to the woods, located on several acres that are well looked after and have so much to offer. You could spend days enjoying the beautiful gardens, feeding the animals, enjoying the open space and dam and relaxing by the fire pit under the stars of a night. We stayed here for our dads 70th birthday. 6 adults and 4 children. The house is super cozy, with a beautiful interior and furnishings and a Coonara to keep everyone warm. The communication has been excellent from the start and the thoughtful gestures was really appreciated. Highly recommend booking a getaway to cozy fox, we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful week at Cozy Fox with our Children and grandchildren to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary. The whole property is superb . A spacious well appointed house with all facilities and great views. There were 10 of us in the house and we had plenty of space. The children loved feeding the animals . yabbying and fishing as well as gold prospecting ! It is close to good hotels and.shopping . Gorgeous Winter escape

Beautiful property with comfy couches in front of the fireplace. Very quiet area, all you can hear are the kookaburras! We enjoyed taking our son to meet the horses and cows. The electric blankets in bed were a nice touch. This property appeared to be very well set up for a summer visit too! We did notice that under the couches hadn’t been cleaned in a while - but only because I got down on the floor to find a missing toy car! Wouldn’t have seen otherwise, and the rest of the property was clean and tidy. Would definitely visit again!
