We might be new to Stayz, but we have been hosting for over 2 years and are proud Superhosts. MESA del mar has a 100% 5 star rating and more than 50 reviews for your peace of mind.
MESA del mar offers spacious accommodation for up to 8 guests, and has an enviable location with unobstructed views of Sellicks Hill and the Fleurieu coastline. A luxurious and modern oceanfront escape for couples, friends and families, only 15 minutes away from over 80 cellar doors of the McLaren Vale wine region.
MESA del mar is one of six award winning oceanfront dwellings by Architects Ink and built by South Australia luxury builder, Krivic. Completed in 2023, it offers its guests modern luxury, without compromise.
Enjoy light filled, open spaces that exude a quintessential modernist vibe. On a warm summer day, feel the fresh ocean breeze float through pivoting glass doors from the front of the home to the back.
Ground floor
Each of the 3 queen size bedrooms have air-conditioning, heating and built in robes. The main bathroom is modern and spacious, with plenty of storage and a freestanding bath. There is also a fully functioning laundry with front-load washing machine and clothes dryer.
First floor
The master bedroom offers a wonderful space to relax, with a king size bed, expansive built in wardrobes and a spacious ensuite with double vanity, shower and toilet.
Also upstairs, a delightful powder room - as pretty as it is convenient!
The open plan living, dining and kitchen is an expansive space offering unobstructed ocean views and a private balcony perfect for enjoying lunch, or a drink whilst you watch the sunset.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials (pots, pans, etc.) and brand new appliances, including an induction cooktop, oven, integrated fridge & freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Breville coffee machine and SMEG frother. A starter pack of coffee pods is provided for your stay, along with a selection of teas by LoveTea and a small selection of pantry items (olive oils, S&P, sugar, etc.).
Guests are welcome to enjoy complimentary access to Netflix and Spotify, high-speed wifi and the state of the art Bang & Olufsen sound system.
Child’s play
For your convenience, provided at MESA del mar is an IKEA highchair, a port-a-cot and a baby play mat. For your child’s safety and wellbeing, please bring your own bedding for the port-a-cot. Also provided is a child-friendly cutlery and crockery set. An expandable child safety gate is fitted at the top of the stairs.
Little (local) extras
Where possible, locally sourced amenities are provided for your stay, including Al.ive bath and body products.
Parking
Secure garaged parking for one vehicle, ample street parking on The Esplanade and neighbouring Thomas Street.
Bits and pieces
All linen and towels are provided for your stay and can be refreshed for stays of 6 or more nights. For beach days, a picnic rug, beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs are available along with plenty of beach towels for the gang!
