This home has it all. Heated swimming pool and inground spa.
Spa is LPG heated between 1 May and 1 October. Outside of these dates it is heated along with the pool via the rooftop solar.
Open Plan Air Conditioned Living, Dining and Kitchen overlooking the pool.

Pets are welcome, however we do not provide bedding or feeding bowls. Pets are required to be pre-approved. Property is fenced.

Living Room, has a large Lounge with recliners. Smart TV with streaming services. Log into your own streaming service. Sound Bar with Bluetooth connectivity.

Bedroom 1: King Sized luxury Pillow topped Bed with own ensuite. TV with Firestick to log into your own streaming services. Microwave, Bar Fridge, Kettle, Toaster. This can be separated from the main home by a locked door in the hallway. Ideal for multiple guests, elderley guests or simply privacy from the main house.

Bedroom 2: Queen sized Bed with Built in Robes. Ceiling Fan

Bathroom 2 : Shower and Bath for relaxing with that glass of wine or a good book.

Additional Guests over 6 can be accommodated if bringing your own bed/bedding. An additional service fee of $8 per guest per day is required. No unpaid guests allowed on the property between 9pm and 11am.

Cameras are located at the exterior of the property for safety and security. These cameras go to a recording device to reference when needed. They are only live monitored when required.

Disappointing

We stayed at this property for a month. Upon checking in on day one we noticed an unpleasant pungent cat pee smell coming from chaise on lounge. When we notified owner that afternoon, with a reasonable request for it to be professionally cleaned. I was put through his mother Kerry who stated they would not send someone out,and if we didn't like it we could find somewhere to stay! She was extremely rude.Also there were several un announced visits to home through back yard. Which is a privacy concern. We were left overall disappointed with our experience.

My Stay at Christies Cove.

A great location with The Colonnades Complex, Beach Road, Southern Suburbs, several iconic SA beaches and Maclaren Vale close by. The pool and spa made for a relaxing afternoon swim in the heated pool. The house has every amenity you will need and great cooking appliances including a large oven and BBQ. And not only can you take the pooch on the beach anytime, they have their own park just across the road. Well serviced, clean and tidy. Great value. I thoroughly recommended it. J - Kangaroo Island

Very nice house

Beautiful house, liked having the option to login in and use netflix on the tv and loved the pool, miner thing being that would have been nice for the spa to be warmer. 🙂

Home Away from Home

A comfy place to call home. The weather decided to be winter instead of summer, so we didn't use the pool/spa as much as we intended. Beautiful location.
