Why they chose this property
There is something deeply calming about living on the water. It truly is the best of both worlds: peaceful, nature-filled waterfront living in the heart of it all.
What makes this property unique
Float homes gently move with the tides — most guests find it wonderfully calming. During storms or king tides there is more noticeable movement; if you are sensitive to motion, please keep this in mind.
The entire living quarters of the boatshed, including the rooftop patio is available for use. The boat slip is not accessible. It is leased by another individual and accessed by an external access door.
Living on the water, feeling the sway of the tides, enjoying a 360degree view of mountains and skyline while being so very close to downtown North Vancouver and Vancouver is truly special.
