Situated in one of the best neighbourhoods North Vancouver has to offer, this basement suite can accommodate up to 4 people. This is modern, bright basement suite, centrally located close to Lonsdale Avenue and Lynn Valley Blvd. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. Second bedroom has 1 double bed. If you fee like cooking, the suite has a kitchen large enough to prepare a home cooked meal.

Perfect place

Wonderful gem in North Vancouver. Easy location to all you would want to explore, beautiful pool, spacious garden level apartment. Hosts are gracious, but despite sharing their yard and pool, still allow the space to be very private. Will stay again next time return to the area.

excellent home base for summer in North Vancouver

Our family of 4 adults spent a month here while finishing up some family business in North Vancouver and found it pretty much ideal. The location is good if one wants to do most things on foot or public transport, but there is plenty of street parking spaces if you need them. The suite is cool and comfortable in summer and the photos depict it accurately. The owners live upstairs and were quickly reachable when we had questions. This is one of the best places we have ever stayed at.

Cet appartement est parfait (spacieux et très bien équipé) si vous allez dans la région pour profiter de la nature par son accès rapide vers les nombreux parcs à proximité de North-Vancouver ou vers Squamish ou Whistler. On aimerait y vivre en permanence. Les proprios sont des plus accueillants et ils se sont assurés que nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L’accès à la piscine est un plus après une journée de randonnée. Idéal pour une petite famille ou pour deux couples d’amis.

Excellent stay

Nice suite in great neighborhood, host was very accommodating! She works in a prestigious hotel right downtown and knows everything about the local attractions and amenities. Was very helpful with my 22 yo autistic son on a day where I had business meetings and needed an anchor spot to drop him off downtown for breakfast and then head off to Science World all by himself on foot. Took all the stress off the situation and he came back very happy!

Amazing Gem!!

The photos don’t do it justice. This was the perfect home base for our party of four. Full kitchen, nice family and breakfast areas and a suitable bedrooms for all our luggage and is! The beds were super comfy too. The hosts, Brett and Luccia, were amazingly kind and fun to spend time with. They filled us in on so much about North Vancouver. Of course we couldn’t see it all in 5 days, but we saw and did a ton of fun things - all within a short drive of their beautiful home. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever make it back to Vancouver. Thank you to Brett and Luccia for an amazing stay. We’ll miss you both and you always have a place to stay in Indy if you ever come that way!

Great Stay

Great location and wonderful hosts that went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. Full access to all the amenities the property had to offer including pool and bbq. Great location, close to shopping, trails, and ski hills.

Above and beyond hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay! You can really tell the hosts enjoy having people come to stay at their property. The hosts made sure we had music to listen to while using the pool and even came by to bring us popsicles when we were sitting in the sun. 😊
