Once we could get through to speak to someone at Lane Property the process became smoother and they were on hand to get us into the carpark etc. We found the booking tricky as it went through Wotif but then reverted to VRBO for any communication and finer details - this was the tricky part when it came to msgs/emails/receipts/instructions. Location was excellent in the CBD and Lane Property rep was lovely face to face. Cleanliness of room was a downside but it was an affordable stay.
