About the homes

“Rhyll Seaside Penthouse” are two (internally connected) incredible family friendly apartments on absolute waterfront in Rhyll, upstairs from a local café, next door to a Pub and 200m from the Rhyll General store and Boat Ramp (with options for Dolphin and Whale watching). Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:

Indoor Areas

Sea Song
This beautifully appointed apartment features a huge open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with 70" smart TV & DVD player with some DVDs) with stunning water views that flows through to the ocean-facing Terrace, has a separate Powder Room and provides access through to the second Living/Games Room (with 4 feet 4-In-1 Game table for kids with Fuzbol, Table tennis, Pool table & Air hockey, plus an assortment of board games & childrens books). A central hallway leads from there to Bedroom 1, which features a wall-mounted 42" smart TV & BIR, Bedroom 2, which features another wall-mounted 42" smart TV, BIR and a dual-entry ensuite (with spa-bath, shower, toilet & heated towel rails), Bedroom 3 with an an ensuite (with spa-bath, shower, toilet & heated towel rails) and a Laundry (with washing machine).

Blue Bliss
The large open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room (with 56" TV & chromecast) affords amazing water views, and flows out the enormous ocean-facing Balcony. There is a large luxuriously-appointed Bathroom (with spa-bath & shower) that doubles as a Laundry (with washer/dryer combo), a separate Toilet and the Bedroom features a 32" smart TV, BIR, as well as a WIR with dedicated workspace (with study chair & lamp).

Outdoor Areas

Sea Song
The ocean-facing covered Balcony (with gas BBQ & seating for 4) has spectacular water views over Westernport Bay and the Churchill Island Marine National Park. There are no car spaces on the property, however there is free council parking for 50+ vehicles (cars and/or boats) is available on the waterfront, starting from just in front of the apartment.

Blue Bliss
The ocean-facing open Terrace (with 2 x sun lounges, 2-person hammock and 3-in-1 BBQ Grill/fire pit/ice bucket) has spectacular uninterrupted water views over Westernport Bay and the Churchill Island Marine National Park. The rear Terrace (with Sauna) provides another space to relax and soak in the incredible location, wrapping around to the front Balcony. There are no car spaces on the property, however there is free council parking for 50+ vehicles (cars and/or boats) is available on the waterfront, starting from just in front of the apartment.

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Breville (Nespresso combatile) pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, air fryer, sandwich maker, rice cooker/steamer, plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and induction cook top.

The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, Breville (Nespresso combatile) pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, air fryer, 30-bottle wine fridge, plus a sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and induction cook top.

Heating/Cooling Systems

Sea Song
There are a wall/ceiling mounted reverse cycle air conditioners in the Kitchen/Dining/Living room, 2nd Living Room and in all 3 three bedrooms, ceiling fans in Bedrooms 1 and 2, plus wall mounted electric heating in all 3 Bedrooms.

Blue Bliss
There are two wall mounted reverse cycle air conditioners in the apartment; one in the Kitchen/Dining/Living room and the other in the Bedroom.

Bedding Configuration

Between the two apartments are 6 beds, plus 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 12 guests:

Sea Song:
This home has 5 beds, accommodating up to 8 guests:

Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: One Queen bed
Bedroom 3: One Tri-bunk and one Single bed

Please note: The Tri-bunk has a double bed base with a single bed above it.

Blue Bliss:
This home has 1 bed, and 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 guests:

Bedroom: One Queen bed

There is also a Double sofa bed in the Living Room, suitable for 2 adults or children.

Linen

Linen is included for all bookings. This includes doonas (quilts) with covers, sheets, pillows with covers, tea towels, hand towels, bath towels & bath mats.

Peak Periods

Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.

Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies

Please note that these homes are not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
