Bose Bluetooth speaker, Nespresso machine and super fast fibre WiFi with unlimited data. Excellent open plan layout from kitchen through to living area and huge, sunny, private deck with outdoor table & sofa - a great spot to relax or eat with all-day sun. Private off-street parking for two cars. Walkable to great restaurants, cafe's, parks, shopping mall and the transport hub for quick connections to event venues and the city. We live in the house behind, so we're on-hand if needed.
