3.Lock the entrance door after you leave. 4.No smoking or vaping are allowed indoors and $500 fine for disrespect this rule. 5. Report damages immediately. 6.Put dirty laundry in washing machine.

The securely fenced yard was great for the dogs. Thete were a yon of things that need fixed aroynd the wntire home invluding shower handle, bathtub faucet, toilet handle- all pretty critical iyems in yhe home. The kitchen was bare, only having a very cheap silverware set with plastic handles, 3 mugs, a couple pots and pans, making it very difficult to prepare meals. The area with the tv had super uncomfortable arm chairs, whule yhe sitting room co tained the sofas- these should be flip flopped for comfort. Cleaning supplies wete left in sinks and shower and kitchen drains were dirty. Its a nice bedroom and bathroom layout. But considering its meant for 6 guests, they need to do a lot of work to make it better. Also, 3 bathrooms with not a sinhle plunger in the house. Neighborhood was nice and quiet.
