I will see you again with a discount proposal, based on the length of your stay, the "season", and our basic rental rate. If it suits you, you can then book at this proposed rate. We follow the rates we apply elsewhere (for example, on 30/07/21: for the months of July-August, 10% discount for 2 weeks, 20% from 3 weeks).<br>Information on the rates: the amount paid to us corresponds to 80%, 85% of what you pay to Vrbo, for example for a stay paid 1400 euros, we receive 1083 euros, the exact fees are specified to us a posteriori after your reservation).<br><br>Contact us Similarly, if you are staying two weeks or more in the autumn, we will also make a commercial gesture.<br><br>N.B. Informally, we can arrange your arrival earlier if conditions allow me (on a case-by-case basis).<br>Thank you:)<br><br>Sainte Barbe - a fantastic beach, an exceptional village. <br>The Sainte Barbe spot is very famous in Brittany for surfing (accessible to beginners), kitesurfing, sand yachting; but it is also a family beach, with easy access for people with reduced mobility and with a lifeguard station.<br><br>Sainte-Barbe is notoriously an exceptional, authentic place, "one of the rare villages on the coast to have preserved an old and homogeneous building from the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries". Two buildings (such as the chapel) are classified as Historic Monuments of France, and the houses comply with construction standards.
