This centrally located condo in Smoke House Bay Club is close to shopping, restaurants, the marina, and Veterans Park. Situated on the first floor, it features a beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the screened-in lanai. The living room offers comfortable seating, with additional seating at the dining table and kitchen countertop. The master bedroom suite includes a queen bed, a walk-in shower, and lanai access, while the guest bedroom has two twin beds and an attached bathroom with a tub/shower.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 90 days prior to Arrival Date. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee. The building application fee is not refundable.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.

If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
