I am the proud owner of Seaside Condo. My late husband and I always wanted a property in Marco Island. A piece of heaven on earth we could leave for our five amazing children. Finally, our dream came true and now we want to share our piece of paradise with all of you!!
Why they chose this property
After a long search, we found Model Village. This complex is on a canal with 3 public docks excellent for docking your boat, fishing, kayaking or simply hanging out. Beautifully landscaped grounds, heated pool, clubhouse, and BBQ area are available for your use.
What makes this property unique
Close distance to amazing restaurants, bars and shopping. Within walking distance to happy hours and early dinning, bike, jet ski, golf cart, and boat rentals and just a short drive to the beautiful white sandy beaches of Marco Island.
