7. Cleanliness - Please leave the space tidy on departure - Rubbish to be placed in the bins provided

10. Damage & Breakages - Please report any damage or maintenance issues immediately - Unreported damage may be deducted from your security deposit
11. Use of Facilities - Use the appliances and furniture as intended - Gas cooking and heating to be switched off when not in use
12. Lost or Damaged Keys/Remotes – A replacement fee will apply if any keys or remotes are lost or damaged: Main entrance door key $150, garage remote $250, and unit key $20.
