The villa is east-facing and positioned on the south side of the Mirage grounds, inviting the morning sunlight.
Tastefully decorated throughout, the master bedroom is on the upper level, complete with private balcony with ocean views and ensuite bathroom. A further two bedrooms can be found on the ground level, both rooms offering flexible bedding configuration and share the main bathroom. Complete laundry facilities with washer and dryer are available for added convenience.
Boasting open plan living, the kitchen is well equipped and fitted with top of the range appliances. The outdoor area can be accessed via glass panelled sliding doors, the perfect spot to listen to the ocean and enjoy the cooling breeze.
