Perched in the treetops on the edge of stunning Three Mile Lake, The Muskoka Nest lives up to its name with floor-to-ceiling windows framing panoramic views of the water and forest. Wake up to sunrise through the pines, spend your days on the sandy beach just steps away, and wind down with unforgettable sunsets from the dock.

This 3-bedroom cottage features an open-concept living space, a large deck with BBQ, and cozy outdoor fire pit. Water toys—including a canoe, paddleboard, and 2-person kayak—are shared with our neighbouring cottage, which is also available to rent for larger groups or multi-family getaways.

Please Note: Out of respect for our quiet lakeside community, noise must be kept to reasonable levels (no loud music, and quiet hours after 11 PM). Fireworks are only allowed on designated holidays.
