The property was exactly as advertised. The host (Jonathan) was a good communicator and efficient with requests. Check-in was smooth and seamles, and the sleeping arrangements were better than expected. Jonathan checked in with us after we had checked out to see how our stay was and periodically through our stay to attend to any of our needs. I would definitely go with Jonathan again on this property.

Accommodation was clean and perfect for a family visit for the week. There were more beds than we needed. The kids especially liked the pool. Our host even went out of his way to get us pool noodles. Communication was fantastic. We had access to a laundry machine and dryer. The home was very clean and well stocked. All the cupboards were labeled which was a nice touch. We felt very safe in the neighborhood, and there was plenty of wildlife including deer, turkeys, a peacock, small birds, geckos and hares. We were about a 6-minute drive away from all the stores and a 9-minute drive from Bethel Church.

So glad the whole family enjoyed the stay, especially the pool time with the kids. It means a lot to hear the home felt clean, well stocked, and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. We love that the local wildlife added something special to the visit, and we're happy the location made it easy to reach nearby stores and Bethel Church. Thanks for sharing such thoughtful feedback.

Very nice place, on the outskirts of Redding, thus very quiet. House is big, and well appointed. Host is very accessable and accomodating. Nice pool, but too cold for us this time of year. Driveway is a bit steep, but not a problem, and I have a dodge pickup 4dr with an 8ft bed and it was no problem for us. Lots of critters running around (squirrels and bunnies), and probably deer, etc. Neighbors include a winery and a llama farm, so a nice little county stay, and minutes from Redding, Bella Vista and Palo Cedro. We enjoyed our stay.
