Former farmhouse with romantic tiled stove, renovated with great care, in the middle of the Kaiserwinkl region in the Bavarian-Tyrolean border region (600 m above sea level). The house is located on the outskirts of Kössen, directly on the road to the Kitzbüheler Alpen, which also takes you to St. Johann and Kitzbühel, for example. You can relax wonderfully in the beautiful garden house and the romantic Walchsee can also be reached quickly. All water mermaids, hikers and cyclists are in good hands here.

Activities nearby: There are two renowned 18 hole golf courses nearby and sporting activities are on offer for the more adventurous. B. rafting, paragliding on the Unterbergerhorn, high ropes course and much more
