The spring of the mattress were digging into our bones. The linen and pillows were picked up from some recycle bin. We booked for 4 nights, but ran with our life the very next day morning. Please dont book this apartment or use Stayz....

Our stay was a very disappointing experience. The host, Angela, was rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. Our flight was slightly delayed, and after collecting our luggage and waiting for an Uber, we arrived about 30–40 minutes later than expected. During that time, she repeatedly called and even threatened to leave without giving us the keys, despite knowing we were arriving from the airport. The apartment was on the second floor with no lift, making it very difficult to carry our luggage upstairs. Inside, the furniture, bed linens, and towels were old, stained, and worn out. The water taps were very difficult to use, and basic amenities such as laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, tea, coffee, and even a microwave were not provided. On the second day, the host accused me of causing noise by turning on the washing machine tap too much, which was simply untrue. We only used the washing machine briefly, and there wasn’t even any laundry detergent available. Overall, both the property and the host made this a terrible experience. We only stayed because we had already paid in full and would have lost our money if we had cancelled. This experience has made us reconsider booking through your website again, and I truly regret choosing this property.

I love Cairns because of it's nature. You can swim at the Northern beaches or vist Port Douglas & Ellis Beach. It's close to the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintrees. You can visit the mountains & farms at the Tablelands. Cairns city has the Esplanade lagoon, Rusty's Markets, Muddy's playground, Cairns Central Shopping Centre, Museums, Art Galleries and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

My apartment is very comfortable & relaxing. It's in a quiet block of flats with friendly neighbours. It's in walking distance to the Esplanade and close to Cairns city. It's also close to the Airport. The bus stop to the city & Northern Beaches is a 5 minute walk from the property.
