About this property

Rustic villa with pool. Fenced house dogs welcome.

Our home is very popular with families with young children & dogs as it is fully fenced with swimming pool. The house has fantastic decking for all day sunshine and inside / outside entertaining. Please note due to past experiences we only have families to stay please. If you are low key and not intending to party please drop me a line. Note I have put 8 max but we only have 7 beds but if your booking is 5 / 6 adults there are 3 trundler beds for young children. Please note 4 night minimum stay. We rent it over over school holidays and it may suit through out the year so please contact us. Additional cleaning fee of $100 and please provide own sheets and towels. We can supply linen at an additional charge $150. 800m from the beach. 100m to Bayswim, the skate park and 800m from Bayfair shopping complex.
