Note: Hilton and Embassy pools (including the Sandy Bottom Waterpark) and the Sports Health Club are not accessible to our guests.

Guest Access
Guests will have full access to South Hampton 301, including all on-site resort amenities such as the outdoor pool, lobby, and public beach access. Parking is paved and included, and elevators provide convenient access to the unit. The beach is only steps away for sunbathing, swimming, or beachcombing.

Other Things to Note
Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old. We do not rent to locals.
A copy of your driver s license and a signed rental agreement are required to complete your booking.
Some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Please feel free to contact us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
As a guest, you ll find public beach access nearby ideal for sunbathing, swimming, or a relaxing walk along the shore.

All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds
