Step back in time and enjoy the charm of our beautifully restored 1940’s bungalow, nestled in the heart of Port Elliot. With its spacious layout, classic character, and family-friendly atmosphere, this single-level home is the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. Located just a short stroll from the main street, you`ll have easy access to local shops, cafes, and the stunning coastline, all while enjoying the comfort and serenity of your private retreat.
The Space:
Bedrooms: Our home features 3 cozy bedrooms, thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Each room offers ample space and natural light, making it a perfect place for families or small groups to relax and recharge.
Bathrooms: With 2 bathrooms, there`s plenty of space for everyone to get ready in comfort. One of the bathrooms is original while the other one has had a modern update that maintains the bungalow`s classic charm, offering a perfect balance of old and new.
Living Areas: The house boasts three inviting living rooms, each offering a unique space to unwind. Whether you`re looking to enjoy a movie night in the cozy lounge area or spend time reading and relaxing in the second living room. Or soak in the sun in the beautiful sunroom overlooking a reserve ,this space also has a combustion heater that is amazing in the winter months as you watch the rain fall outside. There is plenty of room to spread out and enjoy time with family or friends.
Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing home-cooked meals, whether it’s a leisurely breakfast or a family dinner. The adjacent dining area provides a lovely setting for enjoying meals together, with plenty of seating for everyone to gather around.
Outdoor Space: Enjoy the outdoors in our private garden area, ideal for cooking up on the BBQ, relaxing with a cup of coffee or letting the kids play while you unwind.

If you do happen to switch the bottles during your stay, please let us know so we can order a replacement.
If you have any troubles, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Fire Place: Please note that you will need to supply your own wood for your stay and
the fireplace in the bedroom is not functional.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by our tea.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
