Tea Tree Cottage - Heart of Pt Elliots township<br>Beautiful, homely and cosey

The home is 4 bedroom newly renovated cottage with a seperate lounge for quiet time leaving the back area for entertaining overlooking a covered decked area with plenty of lawn in the backyard itself.

The rear of the property is fenced off and the laneway leads you directly to Horseshoe Bay over the railway line which only metres up the road the Cockle train stops to take you to Victor Harbour or Goolwa. A great experience for the young and old.

*Wifi is now up and running!

A bus service is available directly from Adelaide and back.

There’s walking and bike tracks going both directions along the coast where you’ll see dolphins, seals and during winter the whales are the main attraction usually arriving as early as May through to October.

Port Elliot is busy during the day with abundance of cafes, specialty shops, the famous Port Elliot Bakery and markets including Restaurants, wine bars and pubs often playing live music.

The close surrounding towns also offer surfing beaches, fishing spots, rivers, wineries, and plenty more to make your stay on the Fleurieu Peninsula a memorable one.

Perfect Port Elliot Cottage!

We had a lovely stay in Corrine & John's fresh and comfortable cottage, conveniently located right off the main street! Everything we needed supplied, and everywhere we wanted to go in Port Elliot just walking distance away. Communication with the hosts and check in was seamless. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home. Very cool property. Gorgeous garden. Great location, close to beach and shops, but chill. Backyard is fabulous with many options for dining and hanging out. Well stocked. Great eco products etc. Very clean. Beautiful furniture and styling. Check in wasn’t smooth, didn’t get the wifi and key info automatically, but hosts were responsive and good to talk to, so we weren’t put out. Hopefully they’ll update that. House extremely clean. One comment would be, it sleeps 6 or 7, but the kitchen / living / bathroom isn’t really sized for that many people. Probably more comfortable for a group of 4.

Perfect in every way

A perfect place to escape from the rat race or to celebrate a special occasion. Close to everything in Pt Elliott the cottage is beautifully appointed with all the creature comforts one could want or need.
