Great location and fantastic yard! I would definitely stay again. The steps are all a bit steep so it may not be appropriate for people with mobility issues, but we had no issues.

The cottage was really cute with a great location. 1 minute walk to Tim Hortons, 5 minutes to Main Street and 6 minutes to the beach. Everything was close by! Our family of 5 had plenty of space. The hot tub was a huge hit with our kids. A few items were missing from the kitchen, which we wished we had (no cutting board, pot lids, scissors, or food containers) Other than that it was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Hi Jill thanks for the review there should have been scissors in the knife block and will definitely look into cutting board and pot lids not sure where they could have been put but lids should have been in stove drawer.

I think the listing should say sleeps 6 people not 8 as there aren’t enough beds to sleep 8. A single mattress ( in the closet) and couch aren’t really beds. Thats our only complaints. We brought an air mattress in for 2 guests.

My friends and I rented this cottage to celebrate our 40th birthdays. We were very happy with the cottage. It had absolutely everything we needed and even some stuff we didn’t know we needed, but ended up using. The layout was great, allowing everyone some privacy. The location was fantastic. Close enough to the strip that it was an easy walk, but far enough away to feel private. Plus, Tim Hortons and the Circle K were just a short walk away! The Sobey’s and LCBO were also a walkable distance. The upper deck was basically our home for the weekend, with lots of comfy chairs and a great view of all the action, it was the best place to hang out! Hot tub was clean and worked well.Some beds were definitely more comfortable than others. Also, if you are staying downstairs I would say bring a fan, as there isn’t an A/C unit down there and we felt on the hot evenings it was a bit warm. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this location. Responsive hosts, great location, and lots of amenities!

Unfortunately, the home was kind of dirty. They don’t have a dishwasher, additionally, their AC unit does not really reach the bottom floor so anyone staying on the bottom floor is going to be way too hot during the summer. I don’t think this was fully explained. It doesn’t really cool the house well enough even on the second floor. The house is very hot hard to sleep. Next was the three out of four beds The two kid beds and bed in the basement are absolutely terrible very cheap and very uncomfortable. I would not recommend staying there if you have to have 3 of the rooms occupied And the kids were complaining how uncomfortable their beds were. That’s when your know they are in poor condition. Lastly, there were bugs everywhere in the house all week killed at least 20 or 30 of them and spiders, and centipedes. They definitely need to spray the house for insects. It was awful when the kids complained the whole time. There was some in the kids beds that they didn’t want to sleep in it anymore. So unfortunately, he was not the best experience however the location is great.

Place was super cozy and cute! The beach and stores were all close by, we parked our car for the day and just walked everywhere with no problems. Kevin was fast to communicate with and very reliable throughout our stay. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again!
