A heritage home nestled in a peaceful, green neighbourhood perfect for relaxing, exploring the city or remote working. Step out the back to a small local park, or a 10-minute stroll to JJ Holland Park for more open space and fresh air.

Three train stations within 15 mins walk, plus great local eateries. Work-from-home setup, kitchen (no dishwasher) and a compact but practical bathroom. No on-site parking, but unlimited on-street parking available.

🛏️ Bedrooms & Living Spaces
Bedroom 1: Queen bed with built-in robes.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed with built-in robes and a dedicated remote work desk - perfect for business travellers.
Bedroom 3 / Living Room: This is a flexible space with a comfy sofa that converts into a queen bed. It’s a living room first, but can easily become a third bedroom. Includes a TV for winding down after a long day. Please note: we do not provide streaming services on the TV, but guests are very welcome to log in with their own accounts if they'd like to stream something during the stay.
All three bedrooms, including the dining area, are equipped with split system heating/cooling to keep you comfortable year-round.

🍽️ Dining & Kitchen
Dining Room: Seats six comfortably — perfect for shared meals and conversation.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, large fridge and freezer, and a kitchen island with two stools. Please note: there is no dishwasher!

🛁 Bathroom & Laundry
Bathroom: Small but practical, with storage above the toilet and on shelving. Essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hairdryer are included.
Laundry: Washing machine available out the back of the house. Please note: there is no dryer, but there are multiple clothes wracks supplied.
Fresh linens, towels, blankets, and bedding are all provided for your comfort.

We welcome your furry friends! All we ask is that you clean up after them to keep the home fresh and enjoyable for everyone.

🚗 Parking & House Rules
Parking: No on-site parking, but unrestricted on-street parking is available.
Safety: For everyone's wellbeing, we ask that you do not use candles or start any fires.

Guests will have full access to the property. Please do not use the shed - this is personal storage. There is also personal storage in Bedroom 2, left hand side of built in robes.

🔐 Security
Please note there are three external cameras for security only. One facing the front entrance, one facing the front side gate access and one facing the back gate entrance.

This is a home first.
The third room is the living room, which can be made up as a third bed with the sofa bed. Please let us know if you’re booking for 6 guests and if you’d like us to make up the bed for you, or leave as a sofa.

Please note there is one bathroom located past the kitchen at the back of the house. Laundry is accessed via the back outside of the house.
