Waterfront Cottage for year round vacations with incredible entertaining kitchen and open concept. Summer spending time on the dock, relax around the Tiki Bar, swimming sandy bottom, docks for your watersports. The Outdoor shower is always enjoyable. Spring and Fall enjoying the outdoors with 1000 Island Parkway 10 minutes away, the St Lawrence Seaway and fishing. Winter enjoy a cozy home with hottub and always the most amazing views around our outdoor fire area. Additionally a separate insulated bunkie for office and small exercise area.

Beautiful cottage property overlooking the St. Lawrence river off of one of the high cliffs is an experience everyone needs to enjoy. The neighbourhood is extremely quiet and the cottage is very well maintained and recently updated. All in all, incredibly charming. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want to experience the majesty of the St. Lawrence River.

Very responsive host, beautiful scenery, with a very nice outdoor setup to enjoy it. The docks are well maintained so it helps for a smoother docking. Water is very nice so you can enjoy a swim right in front of the dock. 10/10 for the outdoor shower as well.Recommend it 100%
