Location is great and back yard and deck were fabulous for the kids and dog.House is comfortable, but open fire not ideal for warmth for a July visit. A small blow heater provided in the house and also the flat, but house was still chilly. The maintenance issues we reported were dealt with promptly and fixed the same day, and communication with the leasing agent was easy and pleasant. Good value for money, a lovely quiet location suitable for pets and kids and as described - a beach house.

Stunning location

This is an older property in a picturesque location, perfect for our young family.It has all of the amenities and some cute personal touches, like books and board games.

Loved the pet friendly yardLoved the location and being absolutely waterfront and being able to see the water from the propertyHowever was unable to vacuum as the vacuum cleaner didn’t work very well and the smoke from the open fireplace does not go out the chimney but fills the house so after the first attempt at using it we were unable to light the fire without smoking out the house which was very disappointing as the only other source of heating was one small electric heater.
