WHAT TO EXPECT
Arrival and Departure -Check-in is at 4 PM and Check-out is at 11 AM. -Early check-ins and Late check-outs are subject to availability. -A Digital Guidebook is provided before arrival. -Lock codes are provided 1-hour before check-in subject to signing the Rental Agreement. -All interactions are virtual, but our office team and ground crew are available for assistance.
Occupancy and Pets -The total number of guests at the property must not exceed the number listed in the booking. The guest count should reflect the correct number of adults (12+), children (2+), and pets. A nightly extra guest fee may apply for guests above the standard occupancy up to the maximum number of allowable guests. -This is not a pet-friendly home -Respectful Noise Levels: Let's keep the peace! Keep the volume down so all can enjoy their time here. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
Amenities -Your unit will be stocked with a starter set of consumables including toilet paper, paper towels, a sponge, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, coffee filters, etc. Additional supplies should be provided by the guest. -TVs are equipped with Satellite Television, provided by Dish Network. -There is whole-house AC -Both fireplaces offer the convenience of gas. Firewood is not needed. -This unit has a propane grill. Propane is supplied. -There is a fire pit. Firewood is not provided but can be purchased on our website and conveniently delivered to your rental or purchased from other local vendors. Impress your family and friends with breakfast bundles, charcuterie boards, and other local products, also available for delivery! -No Unauthorized Fires: State and Local Laws regulate the use of fire pits, grills, other open flames, and fireworks. Only use provided grills and fireplaces; permits are required to use fire pits in NH.
Driving Access, Parking, and Entryway: -Remember this area is home to many residents and children. Please follow posted speed limits and drive carefully for the safety of our community. -Parking is limited to 4 CARS. -Each property has parking limits based on capacity and/or potential rules of the Homeowner's Association. Guests must abide by these limitations to protect the physical property and the space of neighbors. Additional vehicles must be parked in specified overflow parking areas. Trailers or RVs may not be parked at any property without permission. Excess vehicles may be towed. -Access from parking to the front door requires climbing two steps. -The property is situated in a quiet mountain setting, accessible via scenic town roads and a private, HOA-maintained dirt/packed gravel road. Access is easy in warmer months. In winter, especially during or after snowfall, conditions can be more challenging. An AWD/4WD vehicle and/or snow tires are strongly recommended. The HOA professionally plows the private road, although weather conditions may still affect driving.
Trash and Recycling -There is a dumpster located on-site for the disposal of bagged trash.
Disclosures -A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations -Some of our homes are equipped with exterior cameras for security purposes. This unit has one in the driveway. -Rural homes may encounter pests like bears, mice, lady beetles, and wasps. To minimize this, we ask that trash not be left outside. We actively manage these situations while prioritizing environmentally friendly methods and limiting the use of chemicals. -Cancellation policies are followed to ensure fairness to all guests and owners. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance as exceptions cannot be made.
Our House Rules are designed to promote responsible behavior and respect for others. While we want to keep rules minimal, setting clear expectations is essential. We kindly ask that all guests adhere to all rules to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

Relaxing family time
This log cabin home is very comfortable and has space for everyone to have their own privacy. The location is good because we spent some time at the fair. This is the second time we have stayed at this house, It is very nice.

Great Stay!
We traveled with my sisters family and my parents for a weekend at Santa's village. So convenient and had everything we needed! The kids loved the toys that were there and we really didn't have to travel with our own! Spacious place and very comfortable for a bigger group!

Wonderful stay
Just wanted to add one feedback . If you can add the exact coordinates of the house while sharing the address that will help. We had trouble locating at night as map was only showing till the main road . The way to home was hard to find at night
It was absolutely beautiful and clean and had such an amazing time . I will definitely rent this particular cabin again in the future

Overall the cabin was very clean an roomie but the back part of the deck some of the rails where broken an not safe an there was no view of the mountains from cabin
We were so impressed by this cabin house. The location is surrounded by trees and nature which made for a peaceful, private, escape. The house itself was absolutely gorgeous, very large and accomodating, and spotless. We were so happy we chose this house for our family vacation. I honestly found myself wanting to stay at the home more than wander out. Only downfall, which is miniscule in the grand scheme of things, is it was a little hard to find since its off of a private driveway, off of a back road, with no signage or actual address. Thankfully the owner sends a link with coordinates for google maps because we did get a little confused on the way in. Either way, beautiful home, we had a lovely experience through and through and some of our local friends and family that visited also fell in love with the property. 5 stars, would recommend to anyone with a large group, or small like us.

The property came as advertised. There were 9 total adult guys who went up for a hiking weekend. The beds - though some were bunk style, were still big enough to fit most of the crew and the taller guys took the full and larger size beds. The house was very clean, check in was very easy, and we were very happy with the location. The porch had a beautiful view of Mt. Lafayette, the end of the driveway had a great view of Mt. Washington, and we were only a short drive to Mt. Waumbek for one of our hikes. There were some nice local breweries too including the Cooper Pig if that is up your alley. The kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, and there was a grill outside so we were able to easily cook our own meals, though we brought all of our groceries (spices, etc.) to be sure we had what we needed! Thanks for hosting us. We had a great time!

Bretton Woods Vacations
Our family gathered here for the Christmas holiday and had wonderful experience. The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and very spacious. We had plenty of room to relax together or to steal some personal time in one of the many cozy nooks. The view was spectacular and the proximity to recreational activities was just right. This was the perfect way to usher out a not so perfect 2020. We will definitely rent here again!
