The host was amazing!! The view was great Once I contacted regarding missing an iron there was one there the next dayThe host very nice I suggest new pillows, the back deck updated and treating for carpenter ants.I also highly recommend a reap step system be installed to the water. The bricks shift as you walk on them Also it would be helpful to label the switches for the living area and outdoor lights. The kayaks/life-vests were greatA nice place just in need of TLC
The host was very accommodating and the amenities were very good. The only problem was the front door latch was hard to push down and made the door difficult to open.

Don’t rent this house
Terrible. The bedroom in the back did not have windows that open! The sheets were thin and towels the same. The two items called pillows were pathetic, flat. The second bedroom also did not have a windows that opens! A lake house without windows that open. The outside was filthy, nails sticking up on the steps, debris everywhere on patio and broken branches all over the grounds. The handrails were covered with splintered wood. No closets in either bedroom with scant space and few hooks to hand items. No hooks on the back of the bathroom door.

Thank you for your feedback. We'd like to clarify a few points for future guests.
All of the home's windows do open, and we were not contacted during your stay regarding any difficulty operating them. Had we been made aware, we would have been happy to assist. We also did not receive any reports about the outdoor areas. The property is professionally landscaped on a regular schedule, though as a lakefront home, occasional fallen branches or natural debris can occur between visits due to weather.
Regarding the pillows, sheets, and towels, we understand that comfort is subjective and that bedding preferences vary from guest to guest. While we're sorry they did not meet your personal expectations, they are consistent with what is provided at the property.
We appreciate your feedback and are always happy to address concerns during a guest's stay whenever possible.
