The property was a little older than what the pictures made it look like but still nice property. Really enjoyed the vacation home for our week. We had a few needs while staying and they came right out and helped out fixing our problem. Even made a special trip back to bring us a grill lighter. Still nice home and the perfect spot for relaxing and spending a week of down time. Everything was clean and they had check out directions on the refrigerator that made things simple without having to make contact with anyone. I would recommend this home and give it a 9 out of 10.

The property definitely seemed at end of season with maintenance needed: patio/pool deck stained and dirty, some outside lights did not work, no pool lights, no porch swing as advertised (pictured), fans in bathroom(s) did not work, overgrown entrance and littered with trash (we picked up fish hooks, cans, and bottles), splintered floors cracking/breaking while walking, and broken door handles.

The house was easy to find, easy to gain access. The home was as described with one factor. The pool was NOT heated. I reached out to the property manager and the first person told us the pool was not heated, which was in fact a lie. The heater was visible under the deck and an error code was present of the face of it. We reached back out and they said they would let the pool people know. No rush to fix it for us. We did pick that house for the heated pool. Both pools on either side of us worked and were from the same rental company. So that was pretty disappointing. The house otherwise was great. Good location we had fun while staring at a cold pool. We would stay again but maybe choose a different home. Oh I forgot to mention the queen bed was broken. It’s one of those slat beds with one little wooden leg holding up the middle. No strenuous weight was placed on the bed but it broke in the middle of the night which made for a funny memory but was uncomfortable the rest of the trip. We found all the spare legs in the kids closet on the last day. So must be a common problem. The house was pet friendly. The dogs enjoyed it too. You can see the gulf and the bay. You can see the sunset if you sit on the bay side porch. Be sure to take a ride on The Duke they were great!!

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the home, location, and overall experience, including the views and time with your dogs. We sincerely apologize for the issues with the pool heat. We understand how important that feature was to your stay, and we regret the confusion and delay in addressing it. Since then, we have updated our pool contractors, as our team had been provided incorrect information that led to the miscommunication with you. We also apologize for the issue with the queen bed and appreciate you bringing that to our attention so it can be addressed. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother stay in the future.
