Welcome to The Cottage at Blue Cove Lane. This amazing property sits in the back of a quiet deep water cove which opens to the busy 18 mile marker of the Lake of the Ozarks. Talk about location! No waves back here, so it's perfect for the whole family. Exposed beam ceilings, huge rock fireplace, large screened porch, and a concrete and composite boat dock are all great features of this property.

The Cottage has been completely renovated! Note this amazing home sleeps up to 13, but NO MORE than 13 are permitted overnight.

The Cottage, with 3 bedrooms including a bunk room off the master, you can sleep the whole crowd. Newer granite kitchen and new appliances make this a cook's dream kitchen with a view! A Weber propane grill is provided for the outdoor cook. Gentle steps from the parking area for up to 4 vehicles, and practically flat walk to the dock.

Very clean, prime location and gorgeous dock

Prime location, beautiful cove. Very peaceful location. The owners live next door so if you needed anything they are right there which is nice. Home was very clean and spacious. Will definitely be booking again.

Great little place

Good little place and location. There is a good dock for swimming and lounging in calm water at the back of a cove. Close to many restaurants by land and boat. There is a door with a shade between the master and the bunkbed room but I would say it's more of a two-bedroom if you want privacy.

Perfect House for Girls Weekend!

This house was everything we needed for our girls weekend! There was 11 of us, and we all had plenty of space! The kitchen and dining area was perfect for a large group. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! By far the biggest perk is the dock and the location!!! One of our days we just swam off the dock- and I was worried about boat traffic, as we had heard how busy the Ozarks can be. However, this house is the last house on the cove, so there is literally ZERO boat traffic back here! It was so nice to be able to get in and swim and not have to worry! We wouldn’t change a single thing about this trip- and have already started planning future trips back! Thanks so much! ❤️

Clean, comfortable, peaceful!

This peaceful, end-of-the-cove cottage was perfect for our girls’ trip. The home is recently remodeled with many options for sleeping arrangements. Hauling our own trash out was new for us but this was our first time on the “other side” of the lake where it evidently is not uncommon to haul your own garbage.

First Ozark Vacation

The quiet cove and nice cottage home made for the perfect relaxing vacation. The property was well maintained and the owners treated us wonderful. The weather was beautiful, fishing was pretty good and the lake had endless places to go for all ages and entertainment. We will be back next year.
