This townhouse offers space for the whole family with a short 5 minute walk to the beach with private access!
This gated community is right in the heart of Panama City beach.
It offers free parking right in front of the unit, 11 pools (5 heated seasonally), full-service beachfront restaurant, putt-putt, tennis courts, pickleball, shuffleboard, playgrounds and more!
*Putt-Putt and pickleball supplies are available in the unit for guests to enjoy.
Master bedroom with king bed and full bathroom.
- Has attached small room with twin sofa bed and tv. Great for a young child!
Second upstairs bedroom with triple twin bunkbed.
Full bathroom upstairs aswell.
Main floor bedroom with queen bed.
Half bathroom on main floor.
Maximum occupancy is 8 people (including infants)
Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).If smoking is detected in the unit, a $500 fine will be assessed as we will have to cancel our next renter to clear out the smell. Thank you for respecting these rules.
