Breathtaking panoramic views from balcony, comfort & luxury in every room, this privately owned & freshly remodeled condo is our home away from home. We would like to invite you to spend time in a magnificent Majestic Beach Towers resort. Possibly the most luxurious complex in PCB offers a variety of indoor & outdoor pools, state of the art gym w/saunas & steam rooms, movie theater, covered garage, tennis courts & much more. Located directly on the beach Majestic is in the middle of everything - minutes away from shopping, clubs, restaurants & other attractions. Unit tastefully decorated & fully equipped from A to Z for your true enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king bed w/large commode, walk in closed. Adjacent bath is equipped w/ jacuzzi. Queen/twin bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom would host a family of 3. Queen sleeper is available in the living room. Large washer/dryer. There are 3 TVs & 2 DVDs for your entertainment. You will enjoy it as much as we do!

Not worth the money!

Room was dirty, had to get all towels out of the dryer, no extra blankets, no pillow cases on most of the pillows, not even a starter pack of hand soap or dish soap! We must be should, but for the same money there are much better condos to stay in and you don't have to bring everything with you!!! False description of property and will not be visiting again!

Destination Wedding

Overall we had a great stay. There a few issues with this rental: The shower curtain in the bunk bed room has mold on it. The mattress in that room was so saggy we could not sleep on it and had to buy a blow up mattress. One of the doors to the washer and dryer room would not close. Several of the kitchen cabinets doors were broken. The entire condo floors were so covered in sand we spent two days sweeping and mopping them. We had to buy our own mop. The washer was also full of sand. We had to run it with nothing in it just to get the sand out. We had to buy a new coffee pot and frying pan because the ones in the condo were disgusting. One of the bar stools is broken. The patio blinds were all broken or missing and could not be closed. All the furniture in the living room, dining room and bunk bed room either needs to be replaced or needs a good cleaning. There's not a decent size dresser in the bunk bed room. It's the size of a night stand. We had 4 adults staying here. The only room that was ok was the king bedroom and bathroom. The weather and wedding were great.

The property management company LSI was horrible.

The property management company LSI was horrible. They did not have enough bracelets for the amount of guest in the room. They said they were out and would bring them to us; however we never saw them nor heard from them the entire time we were there. They gave us no instructions what so ever. We had problems finding their office as they purchased Joni's Rental and moved locations. We were never notified that the office had moved. We found out when we drove to Joni's and found a note on the door with the new address. It took us 1.5 hours trying to find their office, we ended up calling the office and we stayed on the phone with the girl as she had to explain to us on how to get there. The code, pool passes and parking passes should be supplied at the resort office so the tenants do not have to drive all over to get what is needed. The manager at LSI Wes very rude. The room had issues as well. The dryer did not work very well, the blinds were broke, the lights in the kitchen flickered as they needed replaced. The vacuum did not work very well. The tv In the second bedroom did not work, and the instructions for wireless was not explained vey well. I'm not sure if I will go through VRBO again. We did leave a note on the counter of things that should be repaired. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks

Book it! Perfect location, comfortable unit

I was nervous with this booking because of the back and forth reviews, however, upon arrival those nerves went away. The unit was comfortable and decently stocked, perfect it is not but there was nothing that we encountered that we couldn’t improvise. We prepared 3 different dinners and found the dishes/pans to accommodate. There was a lack of large bowls/strainer but we made due by using the larger pots. Also, most of the pans required a wash before use but I have found that to be the case in several places. I do think the cleaning staff could take an extra eye to details but I did inform host and he was going to follow up with them. While the furniture throughout is not in new, pristine quality it is also not the horrendous portrait that past reviews made me envision. Again, it was comfortable and adequate. We also had zero concerns about using the washer and dryer, but the dryer did require extra dry time to get things thoroughly dry. I did 1-2 loads every day. All of the beds were comfortable and suited our needs. The pillows were less comfortable but we had also brought some of our own. It was nice to have 2 pullout sofa beds in the living room for the ever growing teenagers in our group. There were beach chairs and sand toys on the balcony that were a nice bonus for our beach days. We watched a movie in the resort theater, enjoyed pizzas, ice cream and bloody Mary’s from the in house store/restaurant. The ice maker in the unit doesn’t work but conveniently there is an ice machine in the lobby. It takes card only. You get 16lbs for $5.40. Worked out perfectly for us. We had Walmart deliver our groceries straight to the condo, so we had zero store time! Plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops within walking distance. The elevators are slow during peak hours but that has to be expected with 23 floors. Michael was a wonderful host and was easy to communicate with. We would stay again, no question!

PCB Vacation

Check-in - The process wasn't difficult, but it could have been made easier by a set of instructions: parking, (un)loading, use of valet cart, access from skybridge, etc. Upkeep - The condo was poorly cleaned prior to our arrival. Sand and grime covered many of the surfaces. We found trash in dresser drawers and on the floor. A drink (margarita?) had been spilled in the freezer and was not cleaned up. We found clothes from previous guests in the furniture. - Multiple lightbulbs were burned out and several outlets did not function. - Small complaint, but the kitchenware was sparse and in poor condition. - Finally, most concerning was the considerable mold in the bathrooms and on the shower curtains. Accuracy - "Bedroom 2" is listed as having 1 twin bed, 1 double bed AND a queen bed--it does not have a queen bed. It has a bunk bed with a twin on top and a double on bottom. This left us with 2 beds for our 3 kids. - The listing includes toilet paper as a provided amenity. There were the two partial roles on the holsters, but no more. This isn't a big deal as we picked some up the following day, but we had to ration it until then (again, three kids). Communication - Saturday: We arrived and let the owner know our concerns. - Sunday: He offered to send over the cleaning crew. No one came... - Monday morning: We let him know that no one had been out to address the issues. Late in the day, the owner responded that someone had come out and spoken with us and that we said we didn't need anything. This, of course, never happened. He said he'd send someone out. - Tuesday evening: A man came out and installed ONE plastic shower curtain liner and left some toilet paper. The moldy shower curtains, and all the other issues, remained. - Wednesday: Someone came out and installed another plastic shower curtain liner and clean the freezer. Still, the moldy shower curtains and other issues remained. By this time, we had spent 5 of our 7 days dealing with these issues and decided to leave it alone. Positives - The condo itself is fine. Better cleaning and an accurate listing would have moved our rating to five stars. - The beach and resort location are terrific! - The pools were great! Overall - We would happily stay at this resort again, but would not stay in this condo. All of the concerns we noted are easily fixable. However, past vacationers--and now including us--have noted the same issues for months and they continue to go unfixed.

The location is the best thing about this place! Perfect for the gorgeous sunets!! The kitchen isn't fully stocked, but we made it work. Also the fitness center does not come with this unit. I would stay here again because the location is perfect.

The host was great! He was a really nice guy and communicated very well. Overall tho, I just don’t think it was suited for a family. The kitchen was not stocked for families like ours that use the kitchen a lot during our stay. The TVs were not user friendly either. I think this room is geared more for young people who do not stay in their rooms during their trips. The host did check in on us a couple of days in but at that point we had already purchased what we needed. Otherwise I think he may have tried to help. It was a nice room, just not family friendly.

DO NOT STAY HERE – HEALTH HAZARD & DISHONEST HOST

This was by far the worst VRBO experience I’ve ever had. The place was absolutely filthy and should not be listed for rent in its current condition. There was mold in multiple areas of the room, and actual diarrhea in one of the bathtubs upon arrival – yes, you read that right. The floors were so dirty they turned our feet black. The pillows and bedding were stained, and we had no clean bed sheets for our first night.To make matters worse, the fridge didn’t work, which meant any food we brought spoiled. The unit was not just dirty, it was unsanitary and unsafe.The host, Michael, was completely unresponsive. He did not reply to messages and ignored multiple attempts to contact him during the stay. After we reported everything, we were promised compensation only if we agreed not to leave a negative review – a shady and manipulative tactic.

It worked for the need

It was ok. Maybe this unit is older in being owned but it needs a ton of updating however it fit our need. The manager is quick to respond and offered to send someone if needed. It just definitely needs updating and a better housekeeper for sure. But it worked.

The Majestic Resort was great! Id certainly stay here again, but not in this particular condo. Pictures listed are not upto date and do not show the filth we checked into - hit with instant smell of mold. Floors were so dirty that my grandsons hands and knees were black after letting him down to crawl for a minute. Refrigerator vent was not attached and corroded with food and dirt. Microwave vent cover was missing. Cabinet under the kitchen sink has terrible water damage - so much so there is mold and rotted. Had to purchase pans because the ones available had dried food and Teflon coating was scrathed so bad. Oven doesn't get hotter than 350. Silverware was dirty. Bathtubs were filthy. Marijuana ash and shake on the master bath floor. Had to purchase new batteries for the main tv remote. Other remotes for the other tvs didnt work. Curtain rod for balcony drapes is dangling. Balcony light, wall and floor covered in caked bird mess, so the balcony wasn't an option to enjoy. One of the couches is stained and had crumbs on it. Utility room was disgusting. Trim around the utility closet rotted with paint chipping. Contacted the host immediately with all the issues. He said had no clue. He could refund me a hundred dollars and send cleaning lady the next morning. Two very nice ladies came to access and clean what they could, but after cleaning a portion of the floors with bleach water, the floors still wiped black. Overall pleased with our stay. Location was great, view was beautiful, beach was perfect. Condo served it's purpose, main bedroom bed felt like the boxspring was broken so it wasnt as comfortable as we would have liked, but it wasnt the end of the world.
