NOISE
Guests are asked to show respect for the neighbours.
Please be mindful of neighbours and keep the noise down when outside at night.
When it gets late, please move inside out of the courtyard and shut the rear door.
Noise must be kept to a minimum after 11pm.
No amplified music after 11pm and before 9am.
SMOKING
The house is strictly smoking, vaping and e-cigarettes free.
Guests may smoke in the rear courtyard.
Smoking in the house may incur an upholstery and rug cleaning cost of $300.
FIREPLACES
All the fireplaces are ornamental with blocked chimneys and not for use under any circumstances.
PETS
Well managed and behaved pets are most welcome.
Pets must be kept quite, under control and off the beds and furniture at all times.
Owners are responsible for their pets, their waste and any damage caused.
KEY AND REAR GATE REMOTE CONTROL
A fee of $200 each will be charged if a digital fob, the remote control for the rear garage door or the Visitor Parking Permit is not returned on departure.
