on the good side, it is in a great location, and the owners are responsive. The free parking was easy to find and well markedit was just an average place with constant foot steps and running, and crying babies from the people in the second floor suite. compared to what we've had in the past there were sparse amenities - it took until day 3 to find the hidden coffee. Some of the instructions for the house were out of date - the TV for example.On the second day there was no hot water with and I had a tepid shower. I wondered if there was a shared hot water tank with other people in the house.The level of cleanliness was just ok - needs a deep clean.we were required to contact the owners to have heat adjusted. they were generally responsive but it was a pain.
