Basic accomodations for a few nights away. The communication was great and we were able to check in early which was helpful given little ones nap needs. Unit was clean but could use some upgrading in term of kitchen tools/pots pans, bathroom towels, soap, and bed sheets. Nice location near lots of activities for families.
This property was the perfect place for our family of 5. The kids loved the pool, sauna, and fishing. We played games provided in the apartment on a rainy night, and grilled dinner in nice weather. The location was great, and we spent our time in nature. Fantastic long weekend. Thank you!
Overall not a great experience, floor was dirty and had crumbs still from previous renters. Kitchen cookware was stained and drinking glasses were dirty. The sheets in the master were flannel and for a summer stay doesn’t seem logical. There were half bottles of lotion still left to use from previous guests. We ended up checking out a night early.
Property was pretty good. No carpet made for dirty floors that made our feet black by the end of the night. Could use some upgrading on kitchen equipment. Pots and pans were limiting and poor quality. Beds were very comfortable, enough space for our family of 4. One very big downfall to consider is this is a middle unit. The couple downstairs approached me and complained about my kids. I have 2 young children, kids are going to be kids. They were never loud or moving around before or after quiet hours. Even with kids being kids; playing with toys and running from one room to another (my kids together don't weigh 50 lbs) we're precieved as "annoying" . Definitely put a damper on our stay when the couple would hit the ceiling with a broom or something. Unfortunately will not stay here again due to that.
This place was great for our stay in the White Mountains. It is a little dated and not fancy, but nothing was wrong and it was a good location. It was exactly as expected.
The property and the unit were in great shape. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, furniture and bedding were comfortable. What we especially love is the location, handy to hiking, dining, shopping, even swimming in the Saco River. One night we encountered a bear enjoying the contents of the nearby dumpster. Someone had obviously not locked it up after a deposit; to be fair, the sliding doors can be difficult to secure
