This beautiful get away studio includes dishes, glassware, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, a washer and dryer in the laundry area, (Shared with A side guest.), quality bedding and linens, as well as a 55" Smart TV set with cable access, and Apple TV access. High speed Wireless internet included. The studio includes 1 double sized bed, a sofa bed, shower, & closet.

The unit has a Private entrance with keypad code for easy check in/check out, as well as 24/7 security at the front gate. Golf 5 min away, 7 min drive to Mets Spring Training/First Data Field, 30 minute drive to beaches, and just 2 hour drive to Disney (Orlando) and Miami. Restaurants, bars, brewery, bowling, and more within a 5 minute drive.

HOA rules as follows: No buses, boats, motorcycles, commercial vehicles or trailers allowed.

NO PETS rule applies and SMOKING is STRICTLY PROHIBITED anywhere inside the home.

Very minimally equipped for cooking. Cheaply furnished ( Value Village-like), futon was like sitting on a brick. Floors were buckled in places and crackled when walked on in others. It was clean.

Location was great. Peaceful area. Condo was nice, but the freezer should be defrosted for the next guest. LOTS of options to watch on the t.v. Kitchen & bathroom very small, but we got by. Kitchen could use a few more eating utensils - we only had 1 fork to share . . .

Smaller than a hotel room

We were happy to find a rental close to lots of restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the area especially the time we spent in the heated pool with my granddaughter. It felt like it was getting way too small by the end of the week.
