Structure, fixtures and amenities of the house were better than the pictures. An amazing and stunning layout. We had a great time. But, one can tell it’s a well used rental house as a lot of things didn’t quite work right for a luxury property. And the concierge seemed clearly to be AI as no humans ever showed up to fix the problems as promised by the concierge. The master shower is unusable (clogged drain). Floods the whole master bath. Only lightly warm water in 2nd shower, so only one fully functioning shower. The hot tub did not work as heater would not turn on. Pool table was missing a ball (and chalk) while table clearly had lots of party stains on it. Grill didn’t fully work. Propane fire pits had no propane tanks attached. The Nest thermostat is set to 90 degrees so the first night there was sweltering hot. It also smelled like pot throughout the house. There are so many positives about this house, but had to give 4 star instead of 5 b/c it seems like Wander is holding back on good maintenance of a luxury property. For most people, it will be great, but if you want a high end luxury experience, keep your expectations in check.
