NW Buckhead gorgeous Mediterranean 4 bed 3.5 bath house hot heated pool jacuzzi

This house is spectacular and very private! Four bedrooms three full bathrooms upstairs and two half bathrooms downstairs makes this the perfect house for large groups, but NO parties. The master suite is nothing short of stunning! It over looks the pool and has its own private balcony. The glass doors in the living room are fixed doors, they do not open and close so please do not try to use them. To get to the pool I’ll go through the kitchen which leads to the deck area or the side door at the other side of the pool, this door is the one that leads to the pool bathroom.
There is a par 3 golf course across the street and Bobby Jones golf course 2.5 miles away. The property is bordered to the West and South by Peachtree Creek. There is a large covered outdoor porch with a fire place. I just (Dec 2019) purchased a six person jacuzzi tub! The pool is heated to extend the season at no cost but will not be heated in the winter months unless requested and for an extra charge of $50 a day beginning the day that you want your heater turned on . I do keep the pool open year round for the beauty. The pictures were taken in the spring, nothing is blooming in late fall or winter. The banana trees are not green durning cold months. There are two outdoor heaters with gas tanks. I do not keep the tanks full, there may be gas inside or they may need to be replaced. Ace hardware 2 miles away will refill the gas for $20, this is the same with the outdoor grill. There is no alarm system or sound system so please bring a Bluetooth speaker, no large speakers The garage is locked, I keep my boat and classic car in the garage, if they have to be moved a charge will apply. If you check out on a Sunday or Monday you will be need to bring the trash to the street, it gets picked up early Monday morning
