In a small village at an altitude of 1600 m, located between the two resorts of Albiez-le-Vieux (12 min) and Saint-Sorlin-d'Arves (18 min), discover the "Grange de Marius", a superb 90m² apartment in a completely renovated barn. This large, bright fully equipped apartment is ideally placed to contemplate the Grandes Rousses and Arves alpine massifs and enjoys a magnificent view of the valley.

In the heart of the mountain ranges, the famous "Grange de Marius" promises you an extraordinary escape, for the duration of a stay...

The heart of the accommodation offers you an impressive volume with its large 3.50m high bay windows, flooding the space with light. You will enjoy:

- A large contemporary kitchen fully equipped for your convivial meals.
- A large living room organised around a central stove, ideal for winter evenings.
- A cosy reading corner, specially oriented to admire the famous Col de la Croix de Fer.
- 1 sofa + 1 single bed in the living room that can be transformed into a bed.

On the night side, the apartment has:
- A cocooning bedroom equipped with a King Size bed and an adjoining shower room.
- A second bathroom with toilet.

- The sunny terrace: It overlooks the Arvan Valley, offering an unforgettable panorama.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Moune und Philippe in ihrer genial ausgebauten Scheune war einfach grandios. Wir haben die Abende mit dem Kamin, der unglaublichen Ruhe und der Gemütlichkeit mehr als genossen. Vom Fondue-Topf über Raclette, es ist einfach alles vorhanden. Der Kontakt zu den Beiden war super. Danke an die Beiden und an Françoise. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder.

Super séjour à la montagne

Un grand merci à Philippe et Moune de nous avoir permis de découvrir la Savoie... Nous avons passés de superbes vacances en famille. Le chalet a été rénové avec goût, il est donc très agréable d'y séjourner: tout de bois à l'intérieur avec son poele à bois centrale et sa vue juste magnifique sur les montagnes. Merci aussi pour les précieux conseils de Philippe qui m'ont permis de préparer un bon petit programme de vacances. Nous avons eu la chance d'être accueilli par Françoise qui vous donnera aussi beaucoup d'informations intéressantes sans parler de sa gentillesse. Nous n'oublierons pas ces premières vacances en Savoie, ce chalet et ces belles rencontres !! Encore merci pour tout et peut être à bientôt !! Nadège, Bastien, Noah et Robin.
