Welcome to your coastal retreat in this beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath third-floor condo. Everything you need for an extended stay. Modern kitchen and bathrooms to the stylish living room and bedrooms, ensuring a comfortable and contemporary stay.
The spacious primary suite features a king bed, ensuite bath, and large windows looking out to the water. The first guest bedroom offers to twin beds and the second has a queen size bed. Both share a hall bath. Step outside and take in the unobstructed views of John's Pass and the intercoastal waterway, the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
Community amenities include 5 pools and 2 hot tubs, grilling area, tennis courts, and pickle balls courts. This welcoming 55+ community requires an application and background check prior to renting, with a $150 associated fee.
