This charming condo which is close to everything will make your stay most enjoyable. Two blocks from downtown and Corey Ave, with its amazing restaurants and bars. You can walk to St Pete Beach/ RATED #1 Beach in the US and all the amazing shops and eateries nearby. This great one bedroom condo has all you will need for your month long escape. A spacious one bedroom with a king size bed, and walk in closet. The bathroom is completely updated with a walk in tile shower and storage. The main living area is decorated with all the Florida Charm and colors that allows you to enjoy this quiet, comfortable space. There is a large sofa and dining for four. The kitchen area is open to the living area. The open style kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for meal preparation during your stay. There is a cooktop, full fridge, all dishes, and a microwave/convection oven for your use. There is a heated pool that is situated right on the bay that overlooks the bridge. If your looking a wonderful quiet spot that is close to everything that St. Pete Beach has to offer this is your place.

Perfect base to explore St Pete Beach

Condo is comfortable, fully equipped, has a lovely outlook over the intra-coastal, a heated swimming pool, short walk to Corey Av shops, street market, bars, restaurants and the Gulf Beaches. Set on a quiet road yet close to all you need. New Sun Runner bus gets you everywhere you need every 15 mins from nearby stop.

Wonderful Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was well equipped and very comfortable, including a very comfortable king sized bed. The pool area across the road was beautiful with lots of seating and the pool was kept warm. There were also two shuffleboard courts across the road and a barbecue (although we never used the barbecue and only used the shuffleboard courts once). The televisions and wifi all worked well. The location was excellent and was close walking distance to shops, a Walgreens and restaurants. It is also a short walk to Corey Avenue which is a pretty street which is closed for traffic every Sunday when they have a wonderful market. The condo is also just a 15 minute walk away from the beach. Thanks so much to the owners, Ted and Connie.for such a great stay.
