Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Odor smell from under sink of kitchen. There was no wifi, no washer, no dryer, no soap and shampoo, and no hair dryer. We asked the owner, and she said those were not listed and hence not included. The list included laundry. Shouldn't the soap and shampoo be given as a basic without listing? I could not wash my hair as there is no hair dryer. The odor was getting worse every day.
