This 55 m² apartment includes two bedrooms, a living room, one bathroom, and a balcony.
The master bedroom has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a double bed.
The living room includes one single sofa bed.
You can use the entire apartment privately without sharing any space with other guests.
The bright living area has a comfortable sofa and television for relaxation.

Location

Stay in central Ansan’s Jungang-dong neighborhood, within a 5-minute walk of Lotte Department Store Ansan. The surrounding area offers convenience stores, restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, and shops for everyday essentials, including Daiso Ansan Jungang Main Store. With your own kitchen, washing machine, and complimentary Wi-Fi, the apartment is a practical base for business trips, university visits, and longer stays.

Jungang Station serves Subway Line 4 and the Suin–Bundang Line. Line 4 provides a direct connection to Seoul Station, taking approximately one hour by train. Please allow additional time to reach Jungang Station and wait for your train. Hanyang University’s ERICA campus is approximately 10 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.

Kitchen and Dining

A fully equipped kitchen is located at the back of the apartment and includes cooking utensils, an electric stovetop, an electric kettle, a chopping board, and a kitchen knife.
Seasonings and tableware are also provided for your use.

Bathroom and Laundry

The bathroom and toilet are located behind the kitchen.
A washing machine with detergent is available in the unit.
A hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided, but refills are not included.
Towels and toothbrush sets are also provided. There is no clothes dryer in the apartment.

Balcony and Facilities

The balcony is furnished with a table and chairs, making it a comfortable place to relax or work.
The apartment includes two air-conditioning units, a refrigerator and a television, offering a quiet and private environment for a stress free stay.

Free Wi-Fi is provided via a fixed router, with a connection speed of 100 Mbps or higher.

Parking Information

Parking is available both in the building and in a nearby public parking area.
Building parking is open 24 hours and costs KRW 1,000 per 30 minutes, with a daily maximum of KRW 20,000. Payment is by credit card only.

Nearby public parking is generally less expensive than building parking. Please check the posted rates and operating hours.

Check in and House Rules

Check in is contactless through a self check in system. The key code will be sent one day before your arrival, so please check your messages carefully.
There is no towel exchange or room cleaning service during your stay.
Pets and parties are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited indoors and permitted only on the balcony.
