Take out garbage leave it in front of the door inside. Lock the door before you leave and put the keys back in the lock box. Thanks

The overall stay was great, clean, host was prompt with response’s, location was convenient, no issues with parking. I love that the sofa turned into a flat bed on the floor. The decor was awesome and well put together Only issues I experienced was a black stain on bedroom carpet, laundry door was off the hinges, and the batteries kept coming out the thermostat, it had been taped closed but was no longer sticking. Will book it again in the future

The door code didn’t work. It took me about an hour to get into the room. The location wasn’t idea, you can hear the neighbors talking through the walks, music blasting, the smell of weed was extremely strong. The aesthetic walking to the apartment felt light the projects dull gray appearance. I felt unsafe there.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that your arrival did not go as smoothly as expected. Regarding check-in, the smart lock does not require the fob to be scanned on the door. Once we received the notification from the lock, we immediately identified the issue and guided you right away, allowing you to enter without further delay. We have since clarified the instructions to ensure this is clearer for future guests. As for noise or odors outside the unit, these are unfortunately beyond our direct control, as they originate from common or exterior areas of the building. That said, guest comfort and safety are very important to us, and we take all concerns seriously. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience, and we wish you the best in your future travels.
