Everything was great. Beautiful location. Some trouble shooting required for the sauna and hot tub lights weren’t working (likely due to cold weather). We did get the sauna up and running though. Kitchen is fully stocked and the place has lots of games to use as well! We had a great time relaxing here over new years.

It’s a wonderful property. Not too far from the city but remote enough to feel private. The house itself is really nice. It’s on the newer side and everything is in great condition. It comes loaded with everything you could ever want to make your stay more comfortable, like smart TV’s, an air fryer, new appliances, and more. Lots of windows, high ceilings, pretty sunsets.We went on a very cold weekend in January (-30, -40) and the hot tub was great. Unfortunately it was too cold to turn on the sauna, so maybe verify the operating temperature for that before you book if it’s essential for you. Also if you’re going in the winter, they do clear the road the property is on (Township DD 414) and driveway, but do not drive on Range RD 2281 as it is not regularly cleared. We almost got stuck in the snow. Luckily, the host Nicholas was super responsive and helpful with directions and any questions we had during our stay. Very friendly as well. Would book again!

My partner Molly and I are renting out our home to share our peaceful slice of the prairies. Our hope for those that stay with us is that they can feel the same sense of calm that we feel when we escape to the country. It is a beautiful break from day-to-day life. Enjoy!
Why they chose this property
We have family in the area, and I grew up exploring this land. Now, we have one of the best views on the "block," looking out from the living room onto open prairies field, or through the kitchen windows to our luscious backyard where there are often many birds visiting. It is a great location for those who love to be emersed in nature.
What makes this property unique
In Saskatchewan, there aren't many places where you can be out in the country while still enjoying elements of luxury. While staying with us, you can feel the stillness of being away from the city while still having all the amenities you might find at an urban premium rental. We have a large kitchen with almost every small appliance you can think of. Including an Instant Pot, Air fryer and a Ninja blender. We also have an ice maker and a bar fridge, with non-alcoholic beverages for you to enjoy. Outside, we have a barbeque and pizza oven. Our 3200 square foot deck has a variety of deck furniture for you to enjoy. As well, we have an enclosed 4-person hot tub and a sauna. A yard features numerous beds of luscious shrubs, trees and flowers, a couple of bird houses for any birders to enjoy and a fire pit. Our home is wonderfully built for those who like to partake in any aspect of outdoor living.
