Only a 100m walk from the calm, safe shallow waters of St Leonards Beach and walking distance into town this ground floor space is located in a quiet residential street. No one else will be staying in the house. The perfect space for couples. An excellent base to explore what the Bellarine has to offer including wineries and foodie trails, boutique shopping and scenic seaside walks. You can choose to prepare meals in the modern kitchen using sourced ingredients from the local producers. Enjoy the choice of downstairs or upstairs lounge or outdoor areas in which to relax. Plenty of options for entertainment including 3 TV’s, magazines, games and DVD’s.

The little house was lovely but for some reason we thought it was on the beach. Saw lots of the local area which was great. WellPresented. The only gripe was lack of top sheet. Very European!!
